4FEB12- Annual Inspection
Every Sea Cadet battalion, division, and squadron are required to complete an annual inspection. This is an inspection of the unit's overall accomplishments, administrative organization, and cadet development.
7JAN12- Combat Life Saver class
A special thanks goes out to HM1(FMF) Falu and HM3(SCW) Alinsunurin, two active duty Navy volunteers who taught the class. Corpsman typically do not gain the title of "doc" until they prove their worth, usually in a combat zone. Both of these men have been deployed to Afghanistan (HM1 has also done several tours in Iraq with the Marines) and have earned this coveted title. Because of them the cadets both had fun and learned extremely valuable skills; hoorah Docs!
